Crystal Palace Administration Shocks Manager Warnock
Crystal Palace’s manager Neil Warnock has expressed his shock at the impending ten point penalty following the club’s unexpected slide into administration.
The automatic 10 point reduction will see the club slip down the table from play-off chasing hopefuls into a relegation battle at the foot of the table.
Warnock exclaimed in a recent interview with Sky Sports:
“I knew, like everyone else, that cash has been tight at Selhurst Park but I could not believe the news that we’d been forced into administration. The timing just astonishes me. There’s still a week to go in the transfer window and we are about to sell Victor Moses for millions. I’m devastated, shocked and hugely disappointed.”
